Lasse Heje Pedersen

Lasse is a financial economist and Professor of Finance at Copenhagen Business School. He has previously served as Director of the American Finance Association and has received several academic awards for his work, including the Bernácer Prize for the best European economist under the age of 40.

He is currently a partner at the investment firm AQR Capital Management and Director of the Center for Big Data in Finance. As a financial economist, he is passionate about addressing societal challenges by turning models and data into practical solutions, an expertise that is highly valuable in advancing the green transition.
