Jeppe is the CEO of Maj Invest, one of Denmark’s largest independent investment firms.

Before founding Maj Invest in 2005, he served as Executive Director at Danske Bank and later as CEO of Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond until 2009. He is also Chair of the Board of Haldor Topsøe and serves on the boards of KIRKBI and Novo Holdings.

Jeppe is also Chair of the Board of Kraka Economics. In 2024, Maj Invest strengthened its analytical capabilities by acquiring Kraka Economics, the consultancy arm of Kraka, bringing the organisations together around a shared commitment to uncompromising economic expertise.
