Hans Jørgen Whitta-Jacobsen

Hans Jørgen has been affiliated with the Department of Economics at the University of Copenhagen since 1984, first as an associate professor and, since 2002, as a professor. From 2010 to 2015, he served as Chair of the Danish Economic Councils, which also include the Environmental Economic Council. The Council examines the interaction between the economy and the environment and assesses the effectiveness of environmental policies.

He has also been a Senior Fellow at Kraka since 2016 and therefore has extensive knowledge of the organisation and its work.
