CERI is a new green think tank in Denmark dedicated to strengthening the basis for decision making in the green transition through independent analyses of Denmark’s climate, energy, and environmental policies.
Our work is grounded in the premise that a long term and sustainable transition can only succeed if decisions are made on a sound socio economic foundation.
Poor decisions in the climate, energy, and environmental domains can lead to costly detours and irreversible mistakes. CERI was established to help ensure the greatest possible transition impact for the resources invested. CERI’s staff form a knowledge hub of specialists who anchor their analyses in data driven and research based insights from both Danish and international environments.
The objective is to make the challenges easier to navigate politically, so that the use of taxpayers’ money in the necessary green transition is economically responsible and meaningful.
